Favorite Health Books:
"Good Education is Necessary for Growth"

Here are some of my favorite health books!

Confessions of a Medical Heretic

by Robert S. Mendelsohn MD.

(get a new education with regards to what popular medical tests and equipment are really finding and showing us about the condition of our body functions)

Gut & Psychology Syndrome

by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride MD.

This book explains Neurology Nutrition for Healing Depression, ADD, ADHD, Autism, Dyspraxia, Dyslexia, Schizophrenia.

Mental Health and Nutrition

by Dr Carl Peiffer

Dr. Carl Peiffer created the Brain Bio Center in Chicago Illinois.

He specialized in blood testing to check the mineral balances in the patient's blood to find a way to regulate the mental health of the person, to solve their afflictions with mental health troubles.

His book on Mental Health and Nutrition explains that mental health improved quickly when white flour and sugar were removed from the diet of his patients in the mental hospital; safely allowing those sick people stuck in locked wards to be able to share in group settings within the mental hospital without any problems after only two weeks of them not eating white flour and white sugar.

Dr. Gabriel Cousens teaches about eating a raw food diet that is one hundred percent vegetarian. He recently wrote a new book called Reversing Diabetes. He also wrote Conscious Eating and Spiritual Nutrition and the Rainbow Diet.

There is a raw food diet that includes raw dairy and raw flesh foods.

This diet is called the Primal Diet and it is a Raw Paleo Diet.

Aajonus Vonderplanitz authored two books during his life that teach about healing with raw foods. His books are quite expensive now that he has passed.

We Want To Live by Aajonus Vonderplanitz.

The Recipe for Living without Disease by Aajonus Vonderplanitz.

One of my favorite nutritional teachers is also the most famous American Iridologist; Dr. Bernard Jensen wrote one of the most amazing nutritional books ever written called The Chemistry of Man.

His son Art Jensen and his wife Ellen Tart-Jensen continue to run Dr. Jensen's business. Dr. Jensen wrote close to a hundred books on the topic of nutrition and Iridology. He wrote books on healing arthritis and asthma and many other health afflictions that are given disease names.

Dr. Jensen talked a lot about body symptoms and how we do not have to label our body with a disease name. His Big Blue Iridology Book is incredible as it is full of many different Iridology charts, and an excellent chapter on the brain.

Eat Right for your Type

by Dr. Peter D’Adamo

I recommend this Blood Type diet book, as it lists what foods were found to benefit the different blood types, and which foods you ought to avoid for your blood type. I personally notices a big difference by following this advice.
